About the event
Teen Mental Health First Aid is a required certification for Well Squad members. This two-day live training equips students with the skills to recognize early signs of mental health challenges in peers and respond safely and responsibly.
Participants will learn how to:
• Identify warning signs of anxiety, depression, and crisis
• Approach a peer with confidence and care
• Listen without judgment
• Encourage professional help
