This December, I am offering my final FREE Youth Mental Health First Aid training. I have taught this course across Arkansas for years, and it has been one of my greatest joys to sit in rooms with caring adults who want to show up for young people with clarity, confidence, and compassion. K

About the event
We are offering Youth Mental Health First Aid in Little Rock at no cost. Over the past year, Dr. Q has partnered with the National Council to provide this training for youth-serving organizations across multiple states. Since 2021, she has trained more than 500 adults as Youth Mental Health First Aiders. Participants have included lawyers, physicians, psychiatrists, school staff, afterschool staff, clergy, community organizers, caregivers, and parents. This course has helped adults show up for young people with clarity
, steadiness, and care.
This will be Dr. Q’s final time offering the course for free locally. The next season of work is focused on making sure young people themselves have language, tools, and a shared understanding. This offering is a celebration of the work that has already been done and a final moment to extend this opportunity to the community that has grown with her.
