Ambassador Discovery Call
A first step into leadership, learning, and service
Service Description
The Ambassador Discovery Call is a one on one conversation designed to help students and families learn more about the Village Public Health Ambassador Program. During this call, we’ll talk through interests such as mental health, community service, and leadership, review program expectations, and explore ways to earn service learning or volunteer hours. This call is also a space to ask questions, share goals, and decide if the Ambassador pathway is the right fit. We’ll review next steps, available projects, scheduling flexibility, and how youth can meaningfully contribute to their school or community while building skills and confidence. This is a supportive, informational conversation with no pressure or commitment required. The goal is clarity, connection, and alignment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event, program, or session. Cancellations made within this window will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in a full charge of the service fee. Modifications: Modifications to bookings (such as changing the date or time) must be made no later than 24 hours in advance of the event or service. Any changes requested after this time may incur additional charges.
