Service Description

Individual Health Coaching provides one-on-one, supportive sessions designed to help youth and young adults strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy decision-making skills. Sessions are guided, strengths-based, and forward-focused. Coaching creates space to talk through real-life challenges, identify patterns, set personal goals, and practice skills related to mental, emotional, social, and overall wellness. Topics may include stress management, confidence, communication, boundaries, identity development, routines, and navigating relationships. Health coaching is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis or clinical treatment. Instead, it focuses on building tools, insight, and consistency that support everyday well-being. Sessions are paced to meet the participant where they are, honoring autonomy, voice, and growth over time. This service can stand alone or be integrated into group programming, educational initiatives, or wellness pathways offered by Village Public Health.
